This bus is 16 passenger bus plus the driver and co pilot seats based on 17 inch seats. Some states would possibly allow it as a 14 passenger non CDL but some may need some arm rests added if a non CDL bus is what you want. 30 feet bumper to bumper. 32 inch rear storage
